I created this blog much like one opens a diary.
To speak about what moves me: spirituality, mental well-being, the emotions we keep too quiet, the travels that leave me in awe, and the causes that matter deeply to me — especially those that support women and imagine a kinder world.

I’m deeply sensitive, a little messy at times, but always passionate. I love dancing until I lose track of time, writing to soothe, and creating to share.
At home, you’ll find candles burning, crystals lining the shelves, music in the walls, a dog named Roni, and a love that makes me feel at home wherever I go: Théo.

My dream?
To one day open my own esoteric concept store, somewhere between the forest and the sea.
